Qualifications and validations of steam sterilizers as well as temperature and/or pressure controlled devices
Evidencia GmbH is a service provider in the field of process validations and qualifications of autoclaves (steam sterilizers) and devices in which process monitoring is controlled by pressure and/or temperature. As is the case, for example, with the following equipment: Refrigerators/freezers, hot air sterilizers, drying chambers and incubators.
We prepare GMP and GLP-compliant qualification and validation documentation for our customers. Qualifications and validations are carried out on site by our well-trained technicians, using high quality measuring equipment which can be traced back to a national standard. On request we can arrange for a calibration laboratory accredited to ISO 17025 to carry out an as found and as left calibration of the temperature logger used. We maintain a quality management system to ISO9001 in order to meet the high quality standards of our customers engaged in the fields of science, research, biotechnology, pharmaceutics, quality control and production, as well as to provide evidence that these standards have been complied with.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us as well about the qualification of equipment and process validations that are outside our main fields of work.
