Advice during procurement
Are you planning to purchase a new steam sterilizer? You are familiar with your product and possibly already know how your process is to run but you need support in analysing and structuring the requirements you want the steam sterilizer to meet?
In that case we would be glad to assist you by providing advice based on our wealth of experience in the field of steam sterilization process technology/autoclave systems technology. We can collaborate with you in developing in joint workshops a user requirement specification (URS) customized to your planned process or product. We can also advise and support you if required throughout the entire procurement process right up to the commissioning of your sterilization unit. This includes, for example, support in preparing risk analyses and internal operating instructions in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, as well as arranging for a notified body (e.g. TÜV, the German Technical Inspection Authority) to carry out any approvals required.
Our aim here is to ensure that the equipment to be purchased fully meets your requirements and that the processes you run in it can be validated.
